MISSION: Solving humanity’s greatest health and education challenges through policy-shaping
Partners for Patients has developed many much-need projects around the world with focus on 4 pillars: poverty, hunger, education, and health. Please review our lists of projects and join us in making a difference in the lives of those in need!
NO POVERTY
According to the World Bank, almost 10% of the world’s population live in extreme poverty. The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has pushed just under 100 million individuals, globally, into every dimension of poverty.
ZERO HUNGER
Increasing rates of undernourishment are a devastating reality for hundreds of millions of impoverished individuals. Due to a lack of substantial food resources, countless people, especially newborns, are vulnerable to stunted development and illness.
- Helping Access Clean Water
- Project Amal: Swiss-Syrian Food & Clothing Program for Syrians in Bosnia Refugee Camps
QUALITY EDUCATION
Hundreds of millions of youth, globally, do not have equal access or the opportunity to gain an education. The presence of inadequate institutional funding has only furthered this problem in numerous lower middle income countries (LMIC).
- Project C.A.R.E. (Collaborate to Advance Research Excellence)
- Mini Medical Schools
- Clinical Trial Schools
GOOD HEALTH & WELL-BEING
Globally, access to basic healthcare needs are not guaranteed for a vast number of individuals. The detrimental onset of the COVID-19 pandemic has also led to an overwhelming increase in child and maternal mortality.
